Newbie
« on: March 03, 2018, 01:30:30 PM »
I jumped the gun and started a post before introducing myself. The post is titled ´Suffering'
Exactly how I feel. I am a 72 year old male, active and busy who was married for 48 years until last April. There are so many things I want to talk about but don't know where to start. I just see emptiness ahead.........

When you feel ready, talk about whatever you need to talk about.  :hearts: people here understand. Some people use the forum to do a diary, talking through each day, which can help in time as we often dont notice the small changes in our journey and it can remind us how far we have come. Others post when they need. We also have an everyday chat thread for general chit chat - which is also important

Its a tough rollercoaster journey, but it will get easier xx
Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.
Hold on in there xx
