Title: My mums just passed away

Feeling sad and lonely my mum passed away this Monday. She was 92 so not unexpected but can’t get my mind right

It's very early days to be able to get your mind straight grief can be a long process to cope with.Take one. day at a time and be kind too yourself.I hope that this site will be helpful over the coming months. :hug:

Can’t seem to focus on a single thing. Start something and stop and not sure why I was even doing it

Thinking of you at this very tough time Langers, I lost mum in February and only now is it starting to kick in
