Hello Everyone - 3mths and it's no easier

Hi Brian, so sorry for your loss. It's almost 3 months since I lost my husband, I feel very much like you do. The only way i can manage, (barely) is to continue our life as if he was here, in our home. I have photos of him all around, he was a silly billy so most are pulling a daft face or sticking his tongue out. I talk to him too! My doctor told me to, said it's healthy. I'm only 44, the future feels like a big gaping hole of nothingness. I'm struggling with guilt, he didn't know he had cancer, didn't know he was dying, it all happened so fast, and I think that is maybe in his best interests to not know, but it meant I didnt get to talk to him one last time, and that feels so selfish of me.
