I lost my Dad on the 30th of January this year, he was 74 years old. I had helped my wonderful Mum care for him with my twin sisters help since he was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 45. My Dad has many illnesses, Leukaemia, strokes, cancer of the optic nerve, Brain aneurysm, pneumonia and skin cancer. He fought everything and many a time we were told he would not make it, I thought of him as a creaking gate, he used to just fight on. When he died I thought he was just going to pull through..but not so. I lost him at 6.28 am on the 30th January. The bottom of my world fell out and I so miss him, as he was my hero.
