Just got a new book
« on: July 08, 2017, 03:57:53 PM »
This may not appeal to everyone, but I have just got a book, written by Matt Haig, I heard an interview, with him on the radio, he was talking about this book, which he wrote some years ago.
It's called " REASONS TO STAY ALIVE " , it's about the depression he had and how he dealt with it and came out the other side.
I really felt, that I had to read this book, as the grief that we are all experiencing, can quite easily turn to depression, without us even knowing.

Hi Karena, That is so true and I think only a very fine line, between the two, I am so worried, that the deeper your grieving goes, the more chance there is of going into depression, I am hoping this won't be the case,
At the moment, the days seem to be getting harder, sometimes, the tunnel seems blocked at both ends

Hi Woody,
Let us know more about the book when you've read it. It's a very apposite title to most of us I think.
I'll never get over losing her and I used to think that eventually
I would learn to live with it - that's not happened yet.
