Hello Pete, how is it going? Are you able to talk about it? It took me quite a while, in fact I saw an ex colleague today who I hadn't seen for a long time and telling him that I had lost Chris last October was quite an ordeal for me. My first post on here was too much for me and I broke off half way through, but I think that most people find that talking about their loss does help. Tell us more when you feel like it.

So sorry for your loss, I lost my husband in January, talking on here has really helped me, there is a lot of support from people that understand how you are feeling.
