I'm finding it so Hard to get up and through each day.  I have four children 15,12 and twins who are X 8 and they are keeping me going but it's so hard consoling their grief  whilts controlling my own emotion  and pain. I'm Hoping their are others who I can talk to for advice and support.

Sending you a welcome hug.  Xxx

Your loss is still so raw hun, especially with trying to care for your children plus dealing with their loss and the massive gap that has appeared in all your lives. I could tell you it does get easier to cope with the grief, but at  this early stage of your journey im sure you cant see how. So ill just say to you take care of you as well, make a little time for yourself to grieve and just take things slowly. Xxx
Its been a rough week but i made it. How about you 💐

Thank you all for welcoming me, I a
Not sleeping well at all, have been going over old videos tonight of us and children, feeling quiet serial and emotionless which is making me feel bad as can't seem to shed a tear now even though I am hurting so badly inside and missing him terrible, trying to be strong I think for the children but feel numb, is this normal to feel like this

Everybody grieves differently so there is no normal way to grieve. Whatever you are going through will be normal for you even if you think you are losing your mind. Generally the first few weeks following our loss we are a bit in shock as our brains attempt to make sense of the situation. the numbness can help us to cope with all the arrangements that have to be made.

Grief is a long journey and you are only at the start of it. There will  be many tears and emotions but it will ease over time. Concentrate onlooking after yourself and take one day at a time.

Hubby has put it so well. You may need to read his words every day to remind you that it is ok to be reacting the way you are.

There absolutely isno right or wrong.

It is a long journey, the words you have under your name say it well. It s the missing him/her that you never get over.

This is because of the deep love you still feel.
