Hello everyone,
I'm Tina. I recently lost my partner very suddenly whilst we were on a skiing holiday. To say I'm devastated is an understatement. He was just 54 years old, fit and healthy and enjoying life to the full. We had just got engaged at Christmas and we were making plans for the rest of our lives, I feel as if our whole future has just been ripped from me. His death was so sudden, massive cardiac failure, the doctors said he would have died instantly and known nothing about it but I'm really struggling to understand it. How can someone just walk out of the door to go skiing and not be there just a few minutes later? It's just .... I have no words.

I do understand how you are feeling hun, its hard to accept that such a thing can happen in an instance, i was told by the coroner it  would have been like switching a light out. Xx
