  It is a lonely journey but you will find people and things along the way who can make it less so.Look around as you travel it is a beautiful world ,take solace from the song of a bird,drink in the scent of a flower,don't look at how high a mountain is from the bottom but how beautiful the view is from the top,but don't be afraid to hold the hands that do reach out you  to offer support when the journey seems too hard.
