So sorry to hear of your loss. I recently joined following the loss of my partner and I find that posting here helps me to make sense of the emotional roller coaster I find myself on. Hopefully you will find it helps you too.

My sincere condolences to you Katy. I hope that like me you find some comfort in being here. It's good to be among people who are in the 'same boat' and understand the rollercoaster of emotions we go through.
