hi i lost my 16 year old daughter 11 years ago and ive had to keep strong for my wife and other children but now i am totally destroyed and need to talk

 :hug:I can't imagine a loss worse than that of our children.Being strong for others is a brave thing but also creates a delay in our own grief journey.
