Hi Laney.
sending you a warm welcome. It is a roller coaster ride this grief journey and sometimes it feels like we are going backwards,over time the drops get less steep but it does take time and thats something a lot of people dont understand as friends drop away, even become impatient with us we tend to clam up more too, smile and say i,m fine when we are anything but fine,and then wonder if there is something wrong with us because clearly everyone else thinks we should have moved on when really we havnt.  Thats where ths forum comes in really because all of us are at some stage on this same roller coaster ride where often those around us are not or are at a different distant point.
Finding this place helped me a lot and i hope that now we will be able to help you, come back whenever you want, tell us about your brother or just drop in, we will be here for you.
