Hi Charm87
Antidepressants work for some people and for some they dont.  Usually they are able to take the edge off to enable you to deal with things better
Do you have family and friends around you? Xx

Have you spoken to your Dr?  Perhaps counselling could help you work through your emotions xx

It sounds like you could have delayed grief, perhaps getting madly busy and saying you are allright when you really arnt, we kid ourselves that we have moved on sometimes when we havnt.Hopefully the counselling will help.
