   This is what we mean by roller coaster journey, some days we just cant bear and are overwhelmed with sadness and it can hot straight out of the blue and without necessarilly any obvious triggers. They get less frequent and we start to stand up quicker again after they bowl us over, but we have to be patient with ourselves and accept that it will happen sometimes.

Plus work wise where things were seemingly going well are now not, lots of bitching and back stabbing, lots of us and them , resentment, I hate it there at the moment, hopefully I’ll be moved to another department. Sorry to whinge, just helps writing it down, sort of, hugs everyone xxxx sorry for such negativity xxxx

I went on a ghost hunt on Saturday night, I think the entities present took away all my positive energy!!!  Never mind I have wine, friends on dvd and I’m ordering pizza 😂😂

Those twists and dips on the rollercoaster are hard, hold on in there, you will return to a calmer part of the journey  :hearts:  xx
Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.
Hold on in there xx

If you plan on doing that again take a rose quartz and keep it in your pockect - it is suposed to counteract that effect. Dont forget you probably also used up some adrenaline and that will make you feel physically tired, and in turn might add to your negative feelings.
